Commentary to the Venezuelan Commercial Arbitration Law hereby presented, is a poject that has been due, from the academic community, since the publication of the said law. That doesn't mean that there haven't been those who have thought about carrying on the project, or those who tried to start it. This is why the effort of the CIERC's team and the authors of the book, that kindly took their time to draft these comments, isn't but another step to the development and promotion of our Commercial Arbitration Law; which we expect that others, in the future, will follow the path of improving, updating, and commenting this published work.
