Principia is a biannual, open-access publication on Alternative Dispute Resolution by The Research and Studies Centre for Dispute Resolution, which is also indexed. Principia’s editorial board invites the most distinguished professors and experts to write about current issues and interests in Arbitration and other ADR’s.
In addition, our goal with Principia is to increase interest in Arbitration and ADR’s in national and international platforms, offering content to promote the study among teachers, experts and students.
The Editorial Board is led by Magdalena Maninat Lizarraga, as Editorial Director, Caterina Jordan Procopio, as Editorial Coordinator, and Diego Castagnino as Editorial Advisor.
Principia bases its publications under the best editorial practices to ensure relevant, academic and quality content, which has made Principia worthy of being listed in Latindex and Ulpiano, and indexed in EBSCO and e-Libro. The papers received are reviewed by academic peers in double-blind arbitration which guarantees that the quality of the content is outstanding. For these and many other reasons Principia is listed in Latindex and Ulpiano index entities.
